How does an online raffle work!
Chance2Win provides a turnkey solution to transform your in-person raffle into a fun, online event.
A Chance2Win hosted raffle is very similar to the traditional in person raffles you are used to, in that you can still sell tickets and you can still offer multiple ticket packages to your participants – which is awesome! Unlike the in-person events, now you do not have to pay the venue to host your raffle, search for volunteers to help set-up, pay for catering, clean up after the event, or lug any of the prizes around…doesn’t that sound fabulous! It gets better, from your admin dashboard you will have access to real-time sales reporting, so you can track your ticket sales anytime of day! Also, with our new “Student Tracker” feature you can now track individual sales to see who sold the most tickets!
The first thing you will need is your your IRS recognized non-profit organization’s EIN number.
Once approved you will be able to start the Raffle Set Up Form. Here you will add the information about your raffle including ticket packages and sponsors. Raffle setup can take between 2-4 days depending on the season. Once setup is complete, you will receive 2 emails, one is a Welcome Email from the Support Team and the other is your login credentials for the admin dashboard. Before tickets go on sale a payment processor must be connected. Once tickets are on sale, you will have full access to your reporting with the ability to print real time ticket and customer reports.
