# Reporting Dashboard

This is mission control once your raffle is live — every number, in one place, updating as orders come in. When your treasurer or your board asks “how are we doing?”, this is the screen you pull up.

## The live numbers

Up top you get the full financial picture: **Total Raised, Orders, Tickets Sold, Sent to Processor, Service Charges, Manual Orders total,** and **Mailing List Signups**. Everything you need to answer “where do we stand” without doing math on a napkin.

## The charts

- **Daily Sales** — track revenue or tickets over time (toggle between the two). This is where you spot which promo actually worked.
- **Top Products** — a donut chart ranking your bundles by revenue, so you can see what’s pulling its weight.

## Recent Orders

A searchable, paginated table of every order — number, buyer name, tickets, amount, date, and status. **Filter by date range** or **search by type**, then **Refresh** or **Download CSV** when you need the raw data for your records.

**Pro tip.** Download the CSV at the end of each week and stash it. Your future self — the one reconciling everything at tax time — will thank you. For a per-prize breakdown, pair this with [Prize Reports](/research-library/prize-reports/).
