Checkout friction kills fundraisers.
Here’s what the numbers actually say.
~1–2%
Abandonment with Chance2Win’s transparent, fixed-fee checkout
30–40%
Abandonment with tip-based “free” platforms (Zeffy, RallyUp) at 17–29% prompts
Abandonment baseline data: Baymard Institute (unexpected costs); C2W internal data. Tip prompt ranges sourced from platform checkout analysis. See our Zeffy comparison →
The “free” raffle that cost a nonprofit $50,000
Total loss: roughly $50,000 in fees.
We built the only platform that supports all of them.
Online Raffle
Classic online ticket sales with prize listing, digital ticket delivery, and automated drawing tools. The foundation of everything we do.
Basket Raffle
Multi-pool ticket allocation where buyers purchase a balance and distribute tickets across prize baskets. Tiered pricing per basket included. True basket raffles — not just a category list.
Queen of Hearts
Progressive weekly jackpot raffle — fully automated, transparent, and secure. Growing jackpots drive repeat participation and community momentum.
50/50 Raffle
Half the pot goes to the winner, half stays with your organization. Simple, proven, and perfect for ongoing community fundraising.
Duck Race / Ball Drop
Pre-numbered pool events where supporters “adopt” a number. Online presales feed directly into your event-day draw. Hybrid-capable.
Hybrid Raffle
Online sales, cash, and check payments — all in one unified drawing pool. The only major platform that can do this. No other raffle software merges all three correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get my raffle live?
Do I need technical skills or a developer?
What's the difference between Zero Fee and Premium?
Both plans are free to your organization in the sense that you never write us a check before you raise money. The difference is who pays the platform cost and how. With Zero Fee, a fixed 12% service fee is added at checkout and paid by your supporters — it's fully disclosed, not a hidden tip. With Premium, your organization pays a flat platform fee ($329 to start) and has the option to pass an 8% charge to supporters — but if you do, that money goes entirely to your organization, not to us. Premium also unlocks Square and Authorize.net. Full details at our pricing page →
Can we accept cash and check ticket sales alongside online orders?
Yes — and this is a genuine differentiator. Chance2Win supports hybrid raffles where cash sales, check payments, and online purchases all flow into the same unified drawing pool. This means every ticket buyer, regardless of how they paid, has an equal chance at the draw. No other major raffle platform does this correctly. Competitors support card-present Stripe Terminal, but they have no mechanism for entering cash or check sales.
Can we run a basket raffle with Chance2Win?
Yes — true basket raffles with multi-pool ticket allocation are one of Chance2Win's core capabilities. Buyers purchase a ticket balance and distribute their tickets across prize baskets. Premium baskets can require 2 or 5 tickets per entry, auto-deducted from the buyer's balance. You get three drawing methods: digital random draw, printable ticket sheets (with buyer name, email, and ticket number printed), or CSV export. Full basket raffle details →
What payment processors do you support?
Chance2Win supports Stripe, Square, and Authorize.net. Zero Fee works with Stripe only. Premium unlocks all three. This matters for two reasons: (1) some organizations already have Square or Authorize.net accounts and don't want to set up a new processor, and (2) certain restricted prizes — like firearms or wine — may require a processor that allows those transactions, which Stripe sometimes doesn't.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
What if we're not sure our state allows online raffles?
We're not attorneys and we don't provide legal advice — but we do know where the common compliance friction points are. Some states (including Colorado and Kentucky) require certified electronic drawings for certain raffle types; we offer a printable paper ticket mode as a compliance-aware workaround for those situations. We'll flag any concerns during your onboarding review. For a general overview, see our raffle laws by state guide → — and always consult your local gaming authority or a licensed attorney before launching.
