At Chance2Win we understand that hosting an online raffle fundraising giveaway can be confusing. To help make it clearer we have done a few quick videos overviewing the process. If anything is unclear, please give us a call and we are more than happy to help explain the process.
How do I sign up and host my raffle?
Here is a quick demo showing you the sign up process, purchase a hosting plan and then setup your raffle using our Lite Edition which is for small raffles of up to around $5000 in total donations. This is slightly different now as we have added the Pro Edition since this video was recorded. The same basic steps apply.
How are winners chosen?
Chance2win offers a few different ways to pick a winner and it is completely up to the charity. The charity can download tickets from the dashboard to print, or they can have us make a live drawing page. Here is a video showing our live drawing.
What information is available for the charity regarding the raffle?
Chance2Win has a wide range of information for the charity. You can view each individual order as well as export the raffle ticket information and most importantly, you can download all the contributor information such as name, address, email and phone. The Charity Dashboard are a little different depending on where you have the Lite or Pro package. Here is a short demo of the Charity backend.
What is the Customer Experience like?
