- Zero Fee Fundraising only plays nice when using your nonprofit’s own Stripe account—it’s how we keep things smooth, secure, and delightfully fee-free for you.
- Every Zero Fee Raffle adds a tiny 12% supporter-paid service fee. This covers everything—including Stripe’s credit card fees—so your organization keeps the full value of every ticket.
- Manual or offline ticket entries are absolutely allowed… in moderation. You can add them up to 5% of your total raffle sales before the system gently (but firmly) taps the brakes.
- Zero Fee Raffles come with one organization user account. Think of it as “one login to rule them all.

Is it really free?
Yes - We charge no platform fee on qualifying non-profit fundraising campaigns. Your supporters are charged a small service fee upon checkout so that organization has no costs. Our service fee covers the Stripe Credit Card processing fees and our website costs.

Can we upgrade later?
No. The platforms are built differently. You can opt to switch before you go live, but it can take a day to switch and you will need to input your information again if you have already added your prizes, etc.
