Yes - We charge no platform fee on qualifying non-profit fundraising campaigns. Your supporters are charged a small service fee upon checkout so that organization has no costs. Our service fee covers the Stripe Credit Card processing fees and our website costs.

Can I switch between Zero-Fee and Classic later?

No. The platforms are built differently. You can opt to switch before you go live, but it can take a day to switch and you will need to input your information again if you have already added your prizes, etc.

Are payments secure?
Absolutely. Zero Fee plan only works with Stripe. If you have restricted prize options or want to use Square or Authorize.net, you need the Premium option which allows for Stripe, Square or Authorize.net. We ensure secure, PCI-Compliant transactions for all your donors on all of our websites.
Do both plans include marketing tools?
