Quick clarification up front: a traditional raffle doesn’t use prize categories, and there’s no separate prize-builder screen. That grouped, categories-and-baskets approach is a basket raffle feature. For a traditional raffle, your prize is simply the thing you’re giving away, and you show it off with images.

Where your prize lives #
Prize images are set in Site Setup, under Prizes & Sponsors (see Section 5: Prizes & Sponsors). In the Prize Images block, upload a clear photo — or a few — of exactly what a supporter can win.
- Click Add Image and upload your prize photo.
- Add more images to show the prize from different angles or highlight the details.
- Aim for 800x600px or larger, PNG or JPEG.
Reality check. The prize photo does more selling than any paragraph you write. If you’re giving away a truck, show the truck. If it’s a cash prize, make the number big and clear. A real photo of the actual prize beats a stock image every time.
Pro tip. Want supporters to choose among many prizes and put tickets toward the ones they want? That’s a basket raffle, which does use prize categories and per-basket prizes. Head to the Basket Raffles guide for that setup.
