Prize Reports is your prize-by-prize view of the raffle. Where the Reporting Dashboard tracks the money coming in, this is where you see the prizes themselves and the entries behind them.

How it works in a traditional raffle #

Every ticket in a traditional raffle is eligible for every prize drawing. Tickets aren’t tied to a particular prize — that’s a basket raffle feature, where a supporter attaches their tickets to the specific basket they want. Here, your prizes are simply a list: some raffles have one grand prize, some have fifty, and they all show up as a single flat list.

For each prize you can open the entry detail — customer name, ticket number, and order date — and export it.

Getting the data out #

Download the report for a prize, or export the whole set at once. It’s handy for prepping the drawing or handing clean records to your treasurer.
