Section 2 is required, and it answers the question every supporter quietly asks before they buy: “who exactly am I giving money to?” Answer it well and the rest of the page gets easier.

Tell people who you are #
- Name of Organization — your official name, spelled the way people know you.
- About Organization — a rich-text field for your story. Who you are, how long you’ve been at it, who you help.
- Mission Statement — displayed separately, on purpose, because it’s a trust anchor. Keep it to a sentence or two people can actually remember.

Event Contact Information #
This block — Email, Phone, Contact Address, and Website URL — shows publicly in the “Contact Us” box on your event page. Real contact info is a trust signal; an event with a phone number and address just feels legitimate.
Your logo #
Upload an Organization Logo (PNG, JPG, or GIF, at least 200×200px). It appears on your event page and on every confirmation email, so use a clean, square-ish version if you have one.
Reality check. This section usually ships with placeholder/test text in the About and Mission fields. Swap it for the real thing before you promote — nothing kills trust like a page that still says “About your organization goes here.”
Done? Save & Continue takes you to Section 3: Rules & Legal Copy.
