Take a breath. You’re in the right place, and this is easier than it looks. When you log in to Chance2Win, the Dashboard is the first thing you’ll see, and we built it to answer the one question that matters when you’re just starting out: okay, what do I do next? Everything you need to build your raffle, launch it, and run it lives on this single screen. Let’s walk through it together. No rush.

The two halves of your dashboard #
Look over at the sidebar on the left. It’s split into two simple groups, and honestly, that little split is the whole idea behind running a raffle here.
- Site Setup is the step-by-step wizard that builds your public raffle page. You’ll move through it once, top to bottom, before you go live.
- Dashboard Tools are the everyday controls you’ll reach for after you launch: your reports, manual orders, prizes, winners, printing, and seller teams.
Setup first, tools later. That’s really all there is to it. And nothing locks you into a straight line, so if you want to jump around the sidebar and peek ahead, go right ahead.

Your event, at a glance #
Across the top of the Overview you’ll find the handful of numbers that actually matter, and they update all on their own as tickets sell: Total Raised (the one your board will ask about), Tickets Sold, Orders, and Setup Progress. Glance up here any time you want a quick pulse on how things are going.

The setup checklist #
Right there on the Overview is a friendly checklist of all eight setup sections, each one showing how far along you are. Think of it as your pre-flight list. Four of the eight are required before you can go live, and the other four are optional. We walk through exactly which is which in The 8-Step Setup Checklist, so you’re never left guessing.
Where to go next #
Brand new to this? Start with The 8-Step Setup Checklist, then work down the Site Setup sections in order, one at a time. Already launched and busy with sales, prizes, and winners? The Run Your Raffle guide is where you’ll want to be.
And if you ever get stuck, even for a second, call us. A real person picks up. That’s kind of our whole thing. — The Chance2Win Team
